21X and FlightBridge Preview an AI Concierge for Private Aviation
The collaboration connects 21X conversational AI with FlightBridge aviation workflows, beginning with a more immediate, connected customer-service experience for FBOs.
October 20, 2026

Private aviation customers expect service to be immediate, personal and precise, even when a request arrives after hours.
21X and FlightBridge are collaborating on an AI concierge experience built around that expectation. The companies are previewing the experience at the 2026 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in Las Vegas, beginning with customer service at fixed-base operators.
The collaboration connects 21X conversational AI with FlightBridge’s aviation trip logistics platform. Customers could make routine requests through a natural phone, text or email conversation, while FBO teams continue to manage and fulfill those requests through FlightBridge.
A more immediate response after hours
A customer calling an FBO after hours to arrange a rental car, request catering or confirm a hotel may reach voicemail and wait for a response. An FBO employee must then return the call, collect the details and enter the request into the appropriate system.
The experience 21X and FlightBridge are developing is intended to provide a more immediate point of contact.
A customer could explain what they need conversationally. The AI concierge could gather the relevant details, clarify the request and initiate the appropriate workflow through FlightBridge.
The initial demonstration scenarios are expected to include hotel and rental car bookings, catering coordination and FBO service requests.
Conversation in front, aviation workflow underneath
21X will provide the conversational interface across phone, text and email. Its role is to understand the request, collect the required information and guide the interaction toward the appropriate next step.
FlightBridge will provide the aviation operations layer. Using its Model Context Protocol tools, FlightBridge can turn information gathered during a conversation into a structured request within the workflows FBO teams already use.
This approach gives customers a natural way to ask for what they need without creating a separate fulfillment process for FBO personnel. The operational details remain in FlightBridge, where the team can review, manage and fulfill each request.
“Private aviation customers expect service to be immediate, personal and precise, whether they call during the day or after hours,” said Corey Welch, CEO of 21X. “By pairing 21X’s conversational AI with FlightBridge’s purpose-built aviation workflows, we are working toward an AI concierge that can handle routine requests and give FBO teams more time for the interactions where their expertise and hospitality matter most.”
More time for high-value customer interactions
Private aviation service depends on details. Requests may involve aircraft information, passenger preferences, arrival times, negotiated rates and time-sensitive services.
AI can help with the structured work of receiving a request and collecting the necessary information. FBO personnel remain responsible for fulfillment and the interactions that require operational knowledge, judgment or personal attention.
Reducing repetitive intake and order entry could give those teams more time to focus on hospitality and complex customer needs.
FlightBridge is purpose-built for private aviation trip logistics, connecting aircraft operators, FBOs and service providers. Its workflows cover hotels, rental cars, catering, ground transportation and FBO services, with more than 50 integrations across flight scheduling and aviation systems.
21X brings more than a decade of conversational AI experience informed by more than 500 million human-fine-tuned conversations. Its platform operates across voice, SMS and email to understand intent, guide customers toward the right next action and involve personnel when appropriate.
Together, the companies are connecting a natural customer conversation with the operational system needed to act on it.
Starting with FBOs
The integration is currently in beta with select mutual customers. General availability will be announced at a later date.
FBO customer service is the initial focus, with potential future applications for charter companies and other aircraft operators.
